In my group cohort program, you’ll gain the ability to concentrate deeply. My 20+ years of Montessori living, coaching, and advising in various contexts helps you hone your skill of concentration, the hallmark of the Montessori Mind.
Since co-founding a Catholic Montessori school in 2004, I’ve applied Montessori principles in numerous areas: as a 15-year non-profit board member, advising and coaching executives, business professionals, and board members, as an entrepreneur and small-business owner, and raising and homeschooling my nine children. Now I’m bringing my deep, broad, and practical experience directly to executive teams who are ready to transform how they work.
I invite you to say “Yes” to an investment that gives you a 2300% return on your time, with compounding benefits.
Leverage the Montessori Method for yourself, and take back your 2 months.
If Montessori-style internal training isn’t already happening, someone should start it.
You need people who are creative self-starters, who are comfortable with that and want to live and flourish in that kind of world.
Most highly creative achievers don’t begin with brilliant ideas; they discover them.
You’re not alone. Most people associate Montessori with preschools and elementary education.
Maria Montessori was one of Italy’s first female doctors over a century ago and developed a scientific method to cultivate deep concentration. While she became famous for her work with children, her principles also transform how adults work and think.
When working with children, Montessori observed something remarkable: when their concentration deepened, bad behaviors ceased and academic performance skyrocketed. But it didn’t stop there. Problem solving sharpened. Creativity expanded. Decision making improved.
These are the very skills business leaders need most, and the ability to concentrate is just the tip of the Montessori iceberg.
Her method transcends education and has a direct impact on effectiveness in the workplace. Major business publications like Forbes®, Harvard Business Review®, and The Wall Street Journal® have highlighted how Montessori principles drive workplace innovation and performance.
The short answer:
* 10 hours of group sessions (best experienced live, though recordings are provided for unavoidable conflicts)
* Plus daily practice (starting at a few minutes, building to about 30 minutes)
* Total: 20 hours over 6 weeks, a 2,300% ROI on your time
This time investment pays dividends in amplifying your future time with concentration, and you’ll reclaim far more time than you invest.
Before the group cohort begins, you’ll schedule your one-hour Welcome Call with me. During this call, you’ll share with me your specific roadblocks and goals. The group cohort will then meet virtually for six consecutive weeks, for 90 minutes, with recordings available if you miss a session. You’ll learn specific Montessori principles, then spend workshop time during the session planning your personal actions for the coming week. Your integration work during the week will be implementing these actions. You’ll also be working daily to increase your ability to concentrate; the time spent in this will start with just a few minutes and likely reach 30 minutes daily by the end of the 6 weeks.
Including your personal time spent in daily integration work, this 20-hour investment over 6 weeks helps you begin to reclaim 60+ days annually; these benefits compound as your concentration skills continue to strengthen over time.
There will be no more than 10 leaders in the program. This limit gives everyone sufficient attention and still provides the benefits of a powerful group dynamic.
I’ve lived and breathed Montessori principles for over 20 years. In 2004, I co-founded a Catholic Montessori school, where I saw firsthand how the method transforms learning and behavior.
Since then, I’ve applied these principles across every area of my life: serving as a nonprofit board member for 15 years, advising and coaching executives, business professionals, and board members, working as an entrepreneur and small-business owner, and raising and homeschooling my nine children.
What I’ve learned is this: the same principles that help a child develop deep concentration also help leaders reclaim their focus, make better decisions, and lead more effectively. The method works because human nature doesn’t change, whether you’re six or sixty.
Now I’m bringing this deep, practical experience directly to executive teams who are ready to transform how they work.
You’re not on your own. As a founding cohort member, you’re in a unique position to help shape what comes next.
I’m designing a one-year membership (from your cohort start date) with ongoing support that could include twice-monthly office hours, email support when challenges arise, three additional one-on-one calls (one per quarter) to assess your progress and adjust your approach, and access to your cohort’s session recordings for as long as you’re a member.
Here’s what makes this opportunity special: your needs will directly influence the structure. The exact rhythm and format will be shaped by what serves you and your fellow cohort members best. This isn’t a pre-packaged add-on; it’s a collaborative design process where your needs and schedule matter.
After our six weeks together, we’ll discuss what support would be most valuable for your continued growth and what structure and rhythm works best. You’ll have a voice in creating the ongoing support that helps you sustain and deepen your new Montessori practices.
Since I don’t control the self-reflection and self-work required throughout this program, I can’t guarantee your results.
That being said, our initial call is designed to determine if this program is right for you. If we both agree it’s a good fit and you enroll, the likelihood is high that you will experience positive changes by participating in this program.
With this two-way evaluation, you’re making an informed decision about whether this program will serve you well.
Your ultimate success is determined by your own level of effort. If you don’t believe this, Montessori for Executives is probably not the right fit for you.
This 50-minute call is a two-way evaluation: for both of us to determine if this program is the right fit.
I’ll ask about your concentration challenges and goals. You’ll ask questions about the program, the Montessori approach, and what to expect. We’ll have an honest conversation about whether you will benefit from this cohort.
If we both agree it’s a good match, I’ll send you the enrollment link, the booking link for your one-on-one Welcome Call, and a few brief questions to help me prepare for it.
No hard sell. Just a genuine conversation about whether this is right for you.
